Fixed in CVS as far as the MSN protocol goes. But the contact in the contact 
list is not moved. Probably I need emit a signal or so, but I don't know 
which. Can someone who knows the KopeteContactList API take a look? 
MSNContact::addToGroup/removeFromGroup are the most likely methods to add 
this to, but in slotContactAdded/slotContactRemoved in MSNProtocol this could 
be done as well.

It would close the last MSN showstopper and I don't expect to be able to look 
at it myself before the weekend.
