Huh? In kopete/protocols/msn/libkmerlin/kmsnservicesocket.cpp, do you have a 
method sendCommand() there, around line 438? It outputs a kdDebug statement 
inside that method, and that's the method I'm *very* interested in.

Or are you accidentally or on purpose running the KMM_BRANCH? 'cvs up -A' in 
that case to return to HEAD.

This is very strange.
