patch.diff contain differece between SessionController.cpp code from source of
konsole

I made a patch for bug 229384. I changed the use of copy_input_to_none in
SessionController.cpp code in source of konsole. I have deleted the remove
action for copy_in_put_to_none.
I worked well and fixes the bug.
