I'm re-arranging stuff in preparation for Qt 2.3.0, and QPE will stop 
compiling with Qt 2.2.4, so don't CVS update (or if you do, go back in time 
with -D).

Sorry. Had to be done (eg. QCopChannel is moving somewhere sensible).

Qt 2.3.0 will go into beta very soon (days).
