Be sure to checkout and/or update the KONQE_1_0_BRANCH as the HEAD and other
branches weren't updated in ages...

Also note that it takes a while for the changes in cvs.kde.org to propagate
in the mirror servers. Unfortunately only developers have access to the main
CVS server (no anonymous access).

You may try this snapshot:

Remember that you need autoconf, automake 1.5 (didn't check if Simon fixed
it to work with 1.6), kdelibs sources (CVS branch KDE_2_2_BRANCH or from
kde-2.2.2 distribution) and you must 'make -f Makefile.cvs'
