Settings > Configure Shortcuts... has two Konqueror actions, "Location:" (no
default shortcut) and "Open Location" (default Alt+O).  These seem to do
exactly the same thing, so either "Location:" is redundant or it needs a more
expressive name.

I found this trying to work around bug 101631 (Ctrl-L Pressing ctrl-l blanks
the location bar instead of selecting the contents).  Assigning either shortcut
to Ctrl+L works.
