Currently it is something like "all or nothing".

Please let the user specify that he/she wants to alter this and that, and for those \
elements she/he wants to set this and that. So first -- what, and then for selected \
items, how to set them.

Example: colors, user should be able to say he wants to force color scheme, and then \
what scheme should be forced, currently Konqueror assumes that user wants to force \
custom color scheme and just "asks" what scheme.
