HTML file that illustrates the problem

This attachment is an HTML document illustrating the problem (column widths are
specified using a <colgroup> tag).  It contains a 3-column by 1-row table.  The
leftmost column should be as narrow as possible; the rightmost column should be
twice as wide as the middle column.  Firefox renders the table as expected;
Konqueror does not.
