Summary: Busy cursor does not use new-style X11 cursor
           Product: konqueror
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: RedHat RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: khtml
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: jr36@le.ac.uk

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
OS: Linux

When Konqueror shows a busy cursor, while waiting for a server to be contacted for \
example, it uses the old-style X11 cursor - a flat black arrow with a watch symbol \
next to it.

In XFree86 4.3.0, custom mouse cursors are available. A 3D-style cursor with a shadow \
is used in Red Hat 9. In other applications, the busy cursor matches this cursor. In \
Konqueror, however, the cursor reverts to the old-style one while it is busy.

To reproduce: using a distribution with X 4.3.0 and custom cursors, start Konqueror \
and click on a link.

Expected behaviour: the busy cursor should match the standard cursor as in other \
applications (such as Mozilla). _______________________________________________
