I have a Dualhead configuration (NVIDIA, Xinerama enabled, two screens). When I am on \
the primary screen (CRT) and press Ctrl-Shift-F (for fullscreen), Konqueror \
fullscreens, but on the second display (TFT).

This also happens when I full-screen Konsole.

Also, Konqueror doesn't (auto-)hide the icon and menu bars when in fullscreen mode. \
IMHO it should hide kicker completely and when the user touches the display border \
where the menu/icon bars are (top,bottom,left,right)  it should appear. Otherwise you \
don't have a "real" _full_ screen mode ;)
