I've seen this on an internal website as well, but now have an "external" page to point you \
guys to.  Checkout http://www.qwest.com/residential/customerService/index.html The menus will \
appear *once*, and once only.  After that, they simply don't pop up.  These menus worked fine \
in 3.0.0, .1, and .2.  In fact, they only *started* working in 3.0.0.  Unfortunetly, I suck at \
stripping these pages down to a test case.  Maybe Vadim will save my bacon? :-)
