Just to be pedantic:

The function KHTMLSettings::init(KConfig*,bool) tests for 
key "TextColor" and then reads key "foreGround). KDevelop will soon rely on \
"foreGround" so it might be a good idea to change the key ("TextColor") that is \
tested and not the key that is read from the config file.
