The wait time of automatic presentation wasn't implemented.

getPresSpeed() is used with Page::objSpeedFakt() and Page::pageSpeedFakt().
These are move speed of effect object and effect page. When getPresSpeed()
value increases, effect speed ups. 

Hmm..., had better we change the effect speed value into constant value ? 
Or, do we make a new menu for wait time ?

If I deletes speedOfPresentation->setSuffix( i18n( " seconds" ) ), 
is it OK ?
