KChart: 

1) The default legend names "Item 1", "Item 2", ...
and "Series 1", "Series 2", ... are not translated.

Krayon:

1) The default layer's name, "background" should be
translateable (if it's possible)

2) There should be a template string for the default
picture names (the current scheme is "image %1").

KSpread:

1) In the expression editor window the Edit tab's
text fields can't handle the localized decimal symbol
(the dot is assumed always).
