If he accepts Adobes demands and we change the name he/we will have
only have to pay the lawyer costs of Adobe.

Then they will go after SuSE because they sell KIllustrator and we want
to have koffice on the SuSE cds.

I think it would be a better idea to contact a *german*
lawyer.

Than they will sue him. AFAIK its common to claim >= 50000 euro in cases
of copyright/trademark infringement...
