No change yet.

Short: No, not until KOffice is ported to QT3 (which is not out yet)
Long answer:
KWord is now using a number of classes from the upcoming QT3 release, they
are backported just for KOffice.
The bidi writing will not work without the full QT3 libraries.
Writing from top to bottom, and from bottom to top or whatever is not known
(ny me) to work with QT3 either..
