Yes, it looks like a very useful tool. However, the dict protocol does not 
really support synonyms and when you compare the output of "wn house 
-synsn" and the wn search in kdict you'll see that some synonyms are 
missing for some reason (server side problem?), e.g. "domicile".

Also wordnet offers much more than just synonyms.
