The page titles currently come from the first text object of the page.
I even implemented an immediate update of the title when the contents
of that text object changes.
Having a way to force a title, independently from the contents, is a very
good idea... but does your patch allow to still have the current feature
working ? And the other way round, it seems to me that if someone uses your
feature to set a title, it's going to get reverted as soon as the first
text object of the page is updated - you would have to disable that, if a title
has been set manually. And maybe even a way to set back to "auto-update title"
after having manually set a title.
