The reason it was suggested to move forward with a KOffice split, instead of 
following your suggestion, is that it is widely acknowledge that the problem 
are not related to Desktop vs Mobile, if it was so, it would only have started 
a year ago, but KOffice has been into troubly water for longer than that, it 
might have worked ok when I joined, but as applications became more and more 
coupled the situation became worse.

I can understand your desire to attract attention to Group A, but I would 
appreciate if you could avoid spreading lies and bullshits about the intention 
of group B, who is as dedicated as anyone else to the value of KDE, FLOSS and 
to producing an open environment for the development of a suite that target 
both the Desktop, Mobile, Netbook or Tablet environment. This is why both 
groups are invited to stay on the KDE infrastructure.

As for choosing which group, I think all the person that need to know, know 
what each group is about, and has all the information they need to take an 
informed decision.
