Hej,

KOffice is now frozen for new features in trunk. Bugs fix period has started, 
until RC1 is branched at the end of October [3]. As usual failing unit tests 
are blocking the release, as well as bugs with the keyword "release_blocker" 
in bugzilla, see [1]. Also if a unit test is broken and should be ignored, or 
a special matter investigated before the release can happen, you can add a 
note to the quality control page for 2.3 [2].

And don't forget to mark your finished features as done in [4], this document 
will be used for changelogs and release notes.
