Big +1, though I would say "Coloring Tool"

Docker placement is an unrelated problem to merging the styles docker and 
tools.

For now just let the tool return 2or 3 dockers and let the same plugin provide 
the styles docker. Then in a later step we can work on the dockers.

First step is merging the code bases, without doing (m)any other code 
changes.
