In order to make it possible to work on features during the freeze,
I propose to open a feature branch. This will be mainly for KO
and Lukas to work on, but it might also be the right place for Pierre
to work on the notification area thing.

After the freeze is lifted, we can review the branch and forward port
finished/acceptable/etc changes to trunk. 

When the time comes for the conversion to git, I will try to extend
the existing git2svn conversion rules to include this branch in the
rules.

I propose something like branches/work/koffice-ko as the branch name.

I think this is the simplest solution for people who need to work on
a different schedule than KOffice 2.2.
