I'll go through my backups. IIRC I've got the full CVS history, i.e. entire 
repository from the sourceforge servers. I'll get back to you on that one.

I think if I can find the CVS repo it would be worthwhile to preserve the 
short SVN history as well, otherwise you're right -- a plain import of HEAD 
should be fine.
