I would say for the third group I was thinking maybe: organisational 
applications, since kexi is about organising data, kplato about organising 
time and project and kivio about organising workflow and decision making, but 
that might also be a frenglish term (well actually organisational is an 
english term all right, but I am not entirely sure it conveys exactly the same 
meaning).
