I want to add that to get the full benefit you should consider adding some 
RSS feeds to your profile. So your blog and flickr accounts, for example.
see http://koffice.noserub.com/troubalex
and on the right hand side there is a "On the web" list of services that 
Troubalex has added.  There will be aggregated for all to see :)

So, please consider adding at least your blog and this may be a good time to 
try out twitter.
On noserub; after login you go to your profile. On the right you see "On the 
web" and right of that 'manage'. Click that and you can add your external 
feeds there.
