So, why would KOffice have templates that contains features not supported by 
KOffice itself?  And if the template is from another office suite, then it's 
not a template any more when it reaches the KOffice user, but an ordinary 
document.  And in that case we just agreed that the features should be 
preserved.

And seriously, how often does a template contain rotated text unless the 
templates name is something like "Wacky template"?
