However much it costs you to make them, or pay someone else to make 
them. That said, I think KOffice is supposed to work on Darwin already, 
so the modifications might not be too bad. You should be more worried 
about if Qt will be build-able.

That might be a problem. I'm not sure how the licensing of templates 
works, but it would surely be unethical and cause the community to not 
like/respect you if you do not release your templates as Free (Libre) 
Software, like the rest of KOffice is. And if you do, anyone will be 
free to use them on any system.

KOffice is a Free Software project, which means anyone is free to use it 
and, if they like, to modify it, provided that you pass these same 
freedoms on to anyone you give (or sell) the software to. There is no 
"company" developing it that I am aware of (well, probably there are 
several companies working together to develop it, as well as individuals 
who are simply donating their time) and so no centralized entity to 
answer this question. The "cost" is whatever it takes for you or your 
company to do the work, or whatever it takes to hire someone to do the work.
