This bug was entered against Krita yesterday evening, even though it's about a
karbon tool. I think it outlines a problem we need to fix before 2.0:
background/foreground colour handling.

Right now, karbon and krita are the only apps that look at these properties
from KoCanvasResourceProvider at all. Krita takes that property and uses it
asa the default colour when doing new things, with its own tools. Karbon
looks at whether these properties change, and if they change, update the
active shape with these colours.

However, if you select a colour, you'd expect newly created shapes to honour
that colour (where applicable), and not appear in black always. So, if I draw
a freehand or calligraphy line, those should be in the active FG colour (and
opacity, gradient etc.). If I drag a new text shape onto my document, it
should use the active FG and BG colours.

I'm not sure where that code should be: in the shape creation strategy, in the
tools, or whether that depends on the shape and tool in question.
