The current website is very static, no database, and no input, so limited 
risk.

This issue is not the reason for the "short number" of website developer, it 
mostly concern the server integrity.

In fact, we should avoid to have them, and instead, either use a simple system 
(html or near-htlm like now), or a CMS (Content Management System) that is 
heavilly maintained.

Those guys is what we need to find or whose life we need to make easier. For 
forum, we can (and probably need to) leverage on kde-forum.org, that would 
remove most of the maintenance burdain, there are allready forums related to 
KOffice, but the fact is no one ask question nor answer. You might then 
answer, but yes how the user can know about this website ? Which goes back to 
the main priority for the website: find someone to organise information.

For most of those guys bellow we allready have quiet a working system, that 
could be improved, but that work allready to the limit of what we (the 
coders) can manage.
