I still think it kinda works: {KO} Krita, {KO} Karbon, {KO} Kexi.  

Does Kexi have some kind of meaning of which I'm not aware?

Anyway, like I said, in the name of the program the K-name app becomes 
{KO}Name, and the name becomes {KO} Name, so the {KO} name form is used for 
them.  It works, right?
