Further porting and stabilizing existing features.

Table View
- fixed highlighting current table column
- fixed a crash in the "Find" dialog
Query Designer
- fixed regression in loading condition info
- fixed SQL View
- fixed layout and painting for sql history
General
- fixes in main window behaviour, switching between views
- updated icon names
- local toolbars now entirely belong to Kexi views, not to windows,
    for smoother GUI updates
KexiDB
- removed crash on closing db connection
