Hi,

again some untranslatable strings in branch and trunk, this time in Kugar.

The attached patch gives 34 new messages to translate (please give the 
translators <kde-i18n-doc@kde.org> a warning with the commit, cc is ok).

I had to change some strings in the code to get only one message "NAME OF 
TRANSLATORS" and "EMAIL OF TRANSLATORS".

There are some messages with the QT-makro tr(), so I changed the message 
target from -ktranslate to -ktr to extract them.
Is it intended to use "tr()"? 
Or just a leftover from an old QT-only version of kugar? In this case it would 
be better to change all "tr()" in the code to i18n() and remove -ktranslate 
or -ktr from the message target.

Please review, commit and port to trunk.
