The coolest new stuff is magnetic selection: it's a new tool for selecting 
part of an image, which helps you to precisely follow the outlines of objects 
in an image.

The two second coolest stuff are mask and the perspective framework. The 
perspective framework includes a perspective grid, an option to the duplicate 
tool for perspective correction while cloning some part of an image, and a 
tool for changing the perspective of a layer. Masks are a non-destructive way 
to set the visibility of each pixels of a layer.
