I agree, Kword shouldn't re-layout anything by itself. But IMO Kword should
know the printer's limitations, and if I try to print something that
conflicts with them, it should show a warning. Something like "You're
trying to print beyond the margins of the printer you've selected. Press OK
or go back and change the page settings."

The page settings window could have a "copy margins from printer" function.

And no, I don't have any patches.
