This is about the user-visible string.

The real problem at the moment is that some parts of the UI refer to
"document" others refer to "workbook".  I propose that all the
references to "document" should be changed to "workbook".  To deal
with confusion, all instances of "worksheet" (that is, referring to a
single sheet) should be changed to just "sheet".

I don't think that "Document" is not an appropriate term in some
KOffice applications, Krita for example, where the user is working
with an Image, or Karbon, where it is a vector graphic.
OO Calc deals with this problem by simply calling the menu item
"Properties..." that way it doesn't matter whether a workbook,
presentation or word document is being dealt with.  "File ->
Properties" strikes be as more logical than "File -> Document
Information" because 'information' implies that the user cannot change
the settings.
