Is this about user-visible string or about source-code rename?

For the first case, let's leave it to Document for consistency with
other application and the source-code (see below).

For the latter, Map should be renamed to Workbook instead. It was
wrongly derived from the German "mappe" which is the term used in
German version of Excel. As for object hierarchy, it will be that a
document contains one workbook, and each workbook has one or more
(work)sheets. This makes sense as in general a document may contain or
"hold" other things, e.g. embedded stuff.

You see, if KSpreadDoc becomes "Workbook" in user-visible part but
still contains an instance of Map (or Workbook, if someone finally
renames it later on), it be quite confusing.
