Sure, we've talked a lot about having a reporting module, in the same way that
we have a module for Forms. Unfortunately, we haven't got round to doing
much about it, yet.

You'll find our ideas on the Kexi development wiki -
http://www.kexi-project.org/wiki/wikiview/ - by following the link to "Kexi
reporting."
The link is in the "Ideas and Future Modules" section.. :o(

One approach to doing mailing labels right now would be to use a mail-merge
feature in with KWord using the native QtSQL drivers to access Kexi database.
The thought of doing it like this makes me cringe, but it's the best we can
offer right now. (Guess what? We have plans for that too.)

On the other hand, I think everyone would agree that we should have a
reporting module too.

Yes, we've also noticed the similarities.

So, if you know any C++ coders, you know which direction to point them in!

As far as I'm aware, it's only possible to donate to the KDE project in
general, rather than Kexi or KOffice specifically.
The 'Money' section at http://kde.org/support/ has instructions for this, as
well as some example uses of what your donation would be spent on.

I don't know very much about the subject, but the email address of the KDE
e.V. treasurer is given at http://kde.org/support/support.php, who will be
able to tell you more than I can.

Of course, your feedback, and your bug reports are also very welcome. ;o)

Thanks
Martin
