Kexi has several i18n related problems. The property panel in the form
editor contains many (50+) untranslatable strings and there are problems
with the naming scheme of the newly created objects - the names are
derived from the translations of the object names (Table, Form, ...),
but everything is converted to Latin1 (non-Latin1 characters are mapped
to underscores). A different set of names should be used here along with
appropriate comments ("Default object name, use only Latin1 characters"
or something like that).

I know it's very late now but IMHO it would be best to fix it before the
release. The missing strings are mostly short property names, these can
be translated fairly quickly.

One remark regarding the configure script in KOffice: the script can't
find the libpwd WordPerfect lib when it's installed in /usr/local/lib
and there's no command line argument for specifying its location.
Additionally, the libpq and libpqxx libs are not recognized
automatically when they are installed in /usr/lib64 and /usr/local/lib.
As the script can find libwv2 in these directories, that code be applied
here too.
