Extending from it does not change it.

The idea was not to test translatability (that is; to test KLocale)
the idea was to repalce KLocale with something we can control 100% and by
doing so we don't have to think about 'strange' influences in the test where
klocale might do something we did not think about.

Ideally the test could also run from make, allowing for a test script to give
an 'all-ok'. This means; we should not use any options or otherwise from the
software we are not testing.
