I have filled a bug report (nbr 86148). The problem seems more important
than just a display problem in the style manager:

- the list of styles are not showing anywhere in KWord. They do not show
uo neither on the drop down list in the toolbar, nor in the format menu/style
sub-menu, nor in the style manager.
However, the drop down list in the toolbar plus the list in the style manager
have got "empty spots" for the 7 predifined styles. Further more if you
want to create a new style, it is called style nbr 8. Selecting one of the
"empty spot" in the tool bar does not change the style you are writting
in for all the styles (my bug report is incorrect on that point) and shows
a weird style for the one that does.

It looks like a problem on loading/creating the styles. However I have minimal
knowledge on the code so I am probably wrong.

When you want to create a new style, Kword crash on OK the style manager.

I have a patch that moves the "Behaviour at end of frame" from the "Indent
and spacing" tab to the "Alignement" tab and rename it to "General layout".
This solves the Style manager and paragraph being to big in 800x600. The
only remaining window that is still too big in Kword is the page layout
one (it was not reported in the bug report) but might as well been fixed
before closing the bug. I will have a look into that one.

The problem is that I cannot test fully my patch untill this style bug is
solved and I am not sure to be experienced enough to track down this one
myself. I will nevertheless try.
