Since the 'slide num' (I prefer just the word 'index') is there there is 
little need to give too much info. I agree with Brad here. All the 
information is there; I doubt there will be much confucion.
If you think that cross-linking the list to their associated sheet takes 
too much trouble now; I suggest to add a feature that as soon as you click 
on a line in the table KPresenter shows that page in the background.
