Bug reporters won't ever know when to assign something to the kotext component.
But if people (who help on the bug list, like you and Matt Rogers) do the job of 
reassining bugs to kotext, no problem ;)

I'm fine with being the "initial owner" for kotext, most bugs there are mine I guess.
