Subject:    Koffice doesn't compile when source dir != build dir

A simple compile fix is to manually create 3 missing dirs
( kexi/3rdparty/libpqxx, kexi/3rdparty/libpqxx/config, lib)
 and run ./config.status afterwards.

May somebody fix this in the build scripts?
