I think so, although the following RTF code executed on OpenOffice assumes 
that \strike0 and \striked0 both turn of any strike through. The spec doesn't 
mention that \striked0 can turn off \strike too. This wil require yet another 
function (setStrikeProperty).

	\strike strike\striked0  no strike
	\striked strike\strike0  no strike
