There is nothing special in this format (in fact it is the simplest format I 
can think of). It is a class/struct with:
-size and the like
-pointer to two dimentional array of uchars.

Hope we won't have to. But wait... KPainter already has functions to paint an 
image (QImage). So we could (if there is no other option) convert 
graymap/bitmap to QImage and just paint it (although without applying 
transformation matrix-it was applied before rendering the glyph).
