Its the unfinished features and the fact that the communications on both 
usability and this lists failed to take the attention of the creator of the 
new dialog.
I pointer out before that duplicate work is a shame; but I get too excited 
about such things, with little overall effect.

Not sure; the logic should not be different.
- From where I am standing (and thats quite a distance) the functionalities just 
need to be moved to be used in the new dialog, not rewritten.
So if the design is clean OO, then fixing the bugs will certainly not be lost 
work. (as OO is suppost to be :-)

But as I get into too many things and provide not much more as guidence and 
expertise I will stand back and see everthing take its due course.

Btw; I am a bit late, but a 'Bon Anniversaire' flies from Holland to you :)
