As Beta 1 is around the corner, it is again time for changelogs.

KoPicture:
- better EPS support
- better support for remote files (KPresenter's background pictures and 
KWord's pictures.)
- better handling of pictures in KPresenter (better caching.)

KWord's filters:
- new RTF export filter (replacing the old one; new: styles, picture...)
- better RTF import filter (better support of old RTF files.)
- new OOWriter import filter
- fix picture export bugs in AbiWord and HTML export filters.

(NOTE: there is also an OOWriter export filter but it is not really working.)
