Ah, you're talking about NON-inline frames, right? Hmm, basically you want
the information "where would this frame be, if it was inlined", for filters which don't
support absolute-pixel-based placement of data, but which support inline items?
This sounds like quite a specific case to me, but I'm impressed by your desire
for completeness in the filters :)

I realize that filters are in one of those 3 categories indeed:
* no support for inline items ... therefore this information wouldn't be useful anyway
* support for inline items but not for absolute positioned items. I guess this
is the case for MSWrite and RTF...
* support for both inline and absolute-positioned items... I guess all "real" word
processors can do this?

Unless I'm missing something, I would say that it's quite normal that one can't
export perfectly a real-word-processor-with-frames document into a
text-based format like RTF and MSWrite. It'll break at some point in any case,
whether the above hack is added for them or not. Think about e.g. nested
inline text frames, I'm sure MSWrite doesn't support that, etc. etc.

All in all, I think appending the contents of non-inline frames at the end of
a text-based format like RTF or MSWrite, is the only reasonable thing we can do.
