You're assuming that OO doesn't have this info yet - I would suggest checking
for this first :)
- From what I saw in other areas, it does tend to save redundant information, just
like we do (for instance the actual number of a auto-numbered list item).

But if we're talking about e.g. one new attribute for each inline frame, this
is really really nothing....

This would lose the koconverter possibility, and is one of the reasons
the OO filters (which do this) are so .... unflexible. I'm still hoping we 
won't go that way in KOffice, since this would mean the filters lose 
any possibilty of being reused by the external world (command line, other 
office suites, on-server, etc.)
