Did you grab the stuff from CVS or did you get a release tarball?
In the former case you need to run "make -f Makefile.cvs" first.
In the latter case this would be a bug with the release tarball - but at
this point I strongly doubt it.

Bug reports aren't really adapted for compilation problems, please consider
posting those on kde-devel@ or koffice@
